Peggy: Office Administrator/Concierge
Peggy has been a part of the Willow Dental Team since 1999 as an Office Administrator. She graduated from the Business Administrators Program at Humber College in 1971 and has worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Office Administrator for 38 years. Peggy enjoys working with the patients at Willow Dental, they have become part of her dental family, she finds it quite rewarding to know that she can help them achieve their optimum dental care by answering any questions they may have about different dental procedures that can give them the perfect smile they have always dreamed of having. Peggy regularly attends Continuing Education Seminars to stay current with the new dental technologies that are being offered. Peggy has been married to her husband, Doug, for 32 years and has two children Tara and Daniel. During Peggy's spare time she likes going to the gym, baseball games shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa: Business Manager/Principal
Lisa graduated on the Deans List from Confederation College as a Dental Assistant in 1995 and then moved to the Toronto area in 1997 to attend the University of Toronto. In 1998 Lisa joined the Willow Team for a maternity leave position as a dental assistant. Her objective was to save money to move back home to Thunder Bay. Instead, she took on other various positions at Willow Dental and eventually became the business manager in 2001. After working for Willow Dental for 8 years, Lisa ventured out to explore her entrepreneurial skills and opened a Dental Marketing company with a business partner. After 2 years, Lisa rejoined the Willow Team as one of the owners of the practice and truly enjoys being back as part of the team.
Lisa has taken numerous courses to enhance her abilities in the dental profession such as Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto where she was awarded the highest mark ever given to a dental professional for business planning. Also, Lisa has had the privilege over the past several years to teach Customer Service to the Dental Administrative students as George Brown College as well as travel across Canada to lecture to other dental professionals on this subject. When Lisa has a bit of spare time she enjoys cycling, yoga and wakeboarding with her husband and family.
