Peggy: Office Administrator/Concierge
Peggy has been a part of the Willow Dental Team since 1999 as an Office Administrator. She graduated from the Business Administrators Program at Humber College in 1971 and has worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Office Administrator for 38 years. Peggy enjoys working with the patients at Willow Dental, they have become part of her dental family, she finds it quite rewarding to know that she can help them achieve their optimum dental care by answering any questions they may have about different dental procedures that can give them the perfect smile they have always dreamed of having. Peggy regularly attends Continuing Education Seminars to stay current with the new dental technologies that are being offered.

Peggy has been married to her husband, Doug, for 32 years and has two children Tara and Daniel. During Peggy's spare time she likes going to the gym, baseball games shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

Lisa: Practice Manager
Lisa graduated on the Deans List from Confederation College as a Dental Assistant in 1995 and then moved to the Toronto area in 1997 to attend the University of Toronto. In 1998 Lisa joined the Willow Team for a maternity leave position as a dental assistant. Her objective was to save money to move back home to Thunder Bay. Instead, she took on other various positions at Willow Dental and eventually became the business manager in 2001. After working for Willow Dental for 8 years, Lisa ventured out to explore her entrepreneurial skills and opened a Dental Marketing company with a business partner. After 2 years, Lisa rejoined the Willow Team in 2008 and truly enjoys being back "home".

Lisa has taken numerous courses to enhance her abilities in the dental profession such as Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto where she was awarded the highest mark ever given to a dental professional for business planning. Also, Lisa has had the privilege over the past several years to teach Customer Service to the Dental Administrative students as George Brown College as well as travel across Canada to lecture to other dental professionals on this subject. Lisa’s main goal as practice manager is to have every patient feel as if they are family and provide the highest quality of service. Lisa welcomes every opportunity to speak with new and existing patients for feedback or even just a personal chat.

Michelle: Treatment Facilitator
Michelle joins Willow Dental as Treatment Facilitator with over 25 years in dentistry.  Her background consists of working in the first open-concept clinic in Canada, extensive clinical experience, teaching dental assisting, building dental practices and coaching people.  She has worked in Sales and Marketing and has a special interest in the women’s market.

Michelle’s philosophy: to be of service is a great gift.  In leisure moments she enjoys golf, cooking and learning to speak Italian.  Michelle is joyfully looking forward to building many memories with husband Felice, daughter Angelica and grandbaby Gabriella.

Kasia - Treatment Facilitator and Marketing
In the years Kasia has been with Willow Dental she has worn many hats, from Office Administration to IT Troubleshooter, enjoying her most recent role as Treatment Facilitator and Marketing “Guru”. Her expertise as a Marketing Manager within both large and small business environments has cultivated her appreciation for outstanding customer service and a desire to offer the utmost customer focused approach to all the Willow Dental patients.

With her BASc in Nutrition, Kasia is able to relay the importance of staying healthy by fueling the body through good food and active living. She also has a very creative inner soul with an undeniable passion for music and dance. Her most fulfilling times are spent with her loving and supportive family and her favourite place to be is cheering on her daughters throughout all their superstar moments.

Sarah: Office Administrator
Sarah has been working in dental office administration for nearly 13 years. Sarah takes great pride in putting patients at ease, and likes nothing better than to see the happiness and self-confidence a beautiful smile can bring to a patient’s face. Sarah also enjoys learning about the latest developments in dentistry and TMD disorders.

Born in the Philippines to American parents, she has enjoyed the experiences of living in various locations in the United States before moving to the Toronto area to be with her husband Chad. When not in the office, she enjoys reading, singing, theatre, computer gaming, and attending comic conventions.
