What to Expect on your First Visit

Your initial visit will be scheduled for one hour and 30 minutes. During this visit, we will fill out a medical/dental history questionnaire and take x-rays if required. Our dental hygienist will then complete a thorough oral examination. This information will enable our dental professionals to assess your personal oral hygiene requirements and determine a proper treatment or maintenance plan.

To save time, please download and fill out this x-ray and medical history release form which we will be sending to your previous dentist.
